Summer’s slowly making its way here - warmer days and balmy evenings will soon make their arrival.
The different seasons bring different opportunities to better our health and well-being. Springtime conjures up images of de-toxing our bodies to boost and better our inner organs, and spring cleaning is always a good idea to de-fog and de-clutter ourselves.
But what about summer?
Beach walking (if you are fortunate enough to live near a sandy beach), is a great way to buff and sand your tired feet. After months of closed-toed shoes, throw on those flip-flops or sandals and head to the shoreline. Walking on sand smooths your feet and tones your calf muscles. For an even better result, go for a run on the beach to tone your upper legs as well.
